Assumes Program Manager responsibilities in their absence.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed clinician (must be one of these disciplines: OTR, COTA, PT, PTA or SLP) in respective state(s) of service. </li>\n <li>Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. </li>\n <li>Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills. </li>\n <li>Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service. </li>\n <li>Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Experience using Nethealth</li>\n <li>Minimum two years clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation and/or outpatient </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous management experience (i.e. LEAD THERAPIST/REHAB ASST MGR OR DOR) desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
