This is a non-exempt, hourly role focused on accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.</p><p><br></p><h1>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h1><p>· Receive and process daily orders from the warehouse management system (WMS) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency</p><p>· Pick, pack, and prepare shipments including finished goods, printed materials, and related items in alignment with work order specifications</p><p>· Ensure all shipments meet quality standards, including verifying quantities, specifications, and special handling instructions</p><p>· Inspect products and packaging for defects and escalate discrepancies as needed</p><p>· Review and prioritize work orders to meet production schedules, shipping deadlines, and customer expectations</p><p>· Follow established SOPs and contribute ideas for process improvement</p><p>· Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and assist in discrepancy resolution</p><p>· Communicate delays, safety concerns, or operational risks to leadership in a timely manner</p><p>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA and company standards</p>",
