    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This position is eligible for a $7500 Sign on/Retention Bonus.</strong></p>\n<p>Evaluates, assesses, and plans nutrition care to meet patient nutritional needs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Assesses patient nutritional status using documented medical information and established nutritional standards.</li>\n<li>Counsels patients and/or families by identifying nutrition-related problems. Develops plans of instruction and nutritional care, and monitoring results.</li>\n<li>Identifies inpatients at nutritional risk and documents recommendations.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and develop intervention for patients with malnutrition</li>\n<li>Participates in physicians' rounds, discharge planning rounds, and conferences with nutritional implications.</li>\n<li>Conducts education programs for patients, community groups, and staff.</li>\n<li>Precept and mentor new staff or existing staff in clinical specialty area.</li>\n<li>Develop therapeutic relationships with multiple subspecialty care team members and providers that enables planning and participating across a broader spectrum patient care.</li>\n<li>Cross-covers a broader spectrum of patient care areas and subspecialties as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in nutritional sciences (prior to 2024).</li>\n <li>Master’s Degree from an accredited program in nutritional sciences (2024 and after).</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ related experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Licensure/Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current NH Dietitian license required. May require additonal license if providing Telehealth services.</li>\n <li>Current Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.</li>\n</ul>",
