You’ll work on requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, services development, integration, testing, and maintainability. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with a Scrum team to develop and enhance enterprise systems. </li>\n <li>Apply best practices in architecture design, data science, cloud services, and DevSecOps. </li>\n <li>Automate testing and integration using Open Source and COTS tools. </li>\n <li>Develop and integrate bug fixes and new features using tools like Java, Git, and Junit. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who You Are: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced in agile software methodology and DevSecOps principles. </li>\n <li>Proficient in scripting and automation with Open Source and COTS tools. </li>\n <li>Skilled in using development tools like Java, Git, and Junit. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us? </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-driven organization supporting national defense. </li>\n <li>Work with a talented, dedicated team in a dynamic environment. </li>\n <li>Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#JIOC</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A Bachelor’s degree in an area applicable to the position with 12+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR a PhD with 7 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement. </li>\n <li>Active TS/SCI with polygraph, or TS with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a polygraph </li>\n <li>Current 8570 IAT Level II or higher cert such as CompTIA Security+ CE for Privileged User Access (PUA)</li>\n <li>Programming Language Experience including – but not limited to – Java, Python (Poetry, Flask, etc.) and JavaScript (emphasis on React ecosystem libraries) </li>\n <li>AWS technologies: Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, </li>\n <li>Experience using modern techniques such as REST, JSON, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., JQuery, Angular, React), and Docker </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using Git, Jenkins, Gitlab</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and participation in an attractive bonus plan.</em></p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
