Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) play a central role in newborn care—from delivery attendance to daily management—while collaborating closely with an on‑call Neonatologist.</p>\n<h3>What NNPs Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and care for infants in a Level II NICU</li>\n <li>Attend all C‑sections and high‑risk deliveries</li>\n <li>Evaluate and care for all newborns</li>\n <li>Practice independently with daily phone rounds with the on‑call Neonatologist</li>\n <li>Enjoy a role with variety, responsibility, and strong clinical Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) ownership</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>NNP Schedule That Fits Your Life:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Flexible 12‑, 24‑, or 36‑hour shifts</li>\n <li>Designed to support work‑life balance and predictable scheduling</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Why Prescott Valley?</h3>\n<p>Set at 5,200 feet elevation, Prescott Valley offers a lifestyle many don’t realize exists.
