This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless API connections, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize integration processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive efficiency in integrating new and existing partners.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate the integration of providers and partners in collaboration with technical, QA and business teams within the defined deadlines </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with providers and partners throughout the project stages, ensuring joint efforts for successful outcomes. Delegate relevant tasks to Development, QA, Operations, and other involved teams by monitoring their timely implementation and required quality</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review and validate provider's APIs with the technical team and conduct appropriate investigation with the providers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide partners with comprehensive explanations on RGS API documentation and support them throughout the integration processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify the root causes of bugs and facilitate solutions within internal and external teams for both provider and partner integration projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Report on the actual status of projects, potential business and technical risks, blockers, and other critical data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze emerging incidents and work with relevant teams to implement technical solutions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in IT, project management or Service Management fields</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with working with APIs is a significant plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication, and collaboration skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strongly developed problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Intermediate to Proficient level of English, Russian will be a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in different fast-paced work environment and quickly respond to changing situations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in the Gambling industry would be highly advantageous</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
