    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>JOB SUMMARY</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>At the direction of the&nbsp;Sr. Manager of Plant and Facilities,&nbsp;support all corporate facilities and its equipment including, HVAC, CD Air and test gas compressors, basic electrical work, high pressure plumbing, basic plumbing, basic construction, and perform special projects in support of growth and expansion for the Corporation. Deploy to troubleshoot and or diagnose and repair equipment and issues in all facilities throughout the corporation. Make assessments that may be used to determine the course of action for service and repairs from outside contractors if needed. Handle emergency service and repair issues following appropriate evaluations.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>&nbsp;REQUISITE SKILLS REQUIRED&nbsp;</span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Skilled in assessing industrial grade plumbing issues for potable water, cooling water and wastewater.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Skilled in troubleshooting Industrial grade plumbing for high purity gases at ultra-high pressure. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Skilled in advanced level troubleshooting and diagnosis of commercial/industrial HVAC systems to make service and/or repair recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Learn to help diagnose problems with CNC Machines.</li><li style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Skilled in industrial high voltage electrical work, and troubleshooting, diagnosis, and Installation of electrical services.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>5+ years&rsquo; experience in the field of facilities support&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>EQUIPIMENT/MACHINERY USED</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Strong knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems and components</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>Pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, and visual acuity</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;' id=\"isPasted\">All candidates must meet the US persons criteria.</span></span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>&nbsp;Please note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure.
