If you are looking for meaningful work in a supportive environment where you can grow professionally while helping others heal, Arbor Place may be the right fit for you.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br>Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations</li>\n<li>Providing individual, family, and potentially group therapy services</li>\n<li>Developing treatment plans with effective, evidence-based interventions</li>\n<li>Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries</li>\n<li>Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success</li>\n<li>Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care.
