The role requires strategic planning and execution of distribution processes, to minimize costs and maximize operational efficiency. The Distribution Manager will lead a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, this role ensures that all materials and products flow seamlessly supporting the company&rsquo;s supply chain excellence and customer satisfaction objectives.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management.</li><li>Proven expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).</li><li>Experience with advanced warehouse automation technologies and data analytics tools.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.</li><li>Strong project management skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Develop and implement distribution strategies that optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.</li><li>Oversee the use and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and streamline warehouse processes.</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and distribution staff to maintain high performance, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with all internal departments to align distribution activities with overall supply chain objectives.</li><li>Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to identify areas for operational improvement and cost reduction.</li></ul><p><br></p>\n",
