(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Summary of Duties: Lead electrical design projects for commercial and municipal clients including facilities assessments and with a focus on higher ed and office/municipal buildings</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsibilities:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead engineer in designing, analyzing, and developing electrical systems for commercial, residential and industrial projects.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with senior engineers to create electrical plans, specifications, and calculations.</li>\n  <li>Producing contract drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.</li>\n  <li>Conduct field visits to record existing conditions, assess project progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.</li>\n  <li>Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.</li>\n  <li>Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations to design solutions.</li>\n  <li>Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering power design.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).</strong></li>\n  <li>5-10 years of experience<strong><em>. </em></strong></li>\n  <li>Strong Understanding of electrical systems and codes</li>\n  <li>Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft products, and electrical design tools. </li>\n  <li>Capability to work on multiple projects.</li>\n  <li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of electrical engineering.</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.</li>\n  <li>Ability to mentor junior level electrical engineers.</li>\n  <li>Ability to work independently with general instructions/guidance from project manager and produce the expected results.</li>\n  <li>Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p>We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Total Compensation Package</li>\n <li>Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Mentoring programs</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Program</li>\n <li>Employee referral bonus</li>\n <li>Volunteer/Industry association opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
