You will be a key member of the accounting team by leading projects to identify low-lift/high-return business opportunities, and to improve the quality of information we deliver to our investors and our Board.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Revenue Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules during the monthly close process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure revenue recognition is compliant with applicable accounting standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze and record contra revenue documents (credit memos, rebates, discounts, and adjustments) for accuracy and completeness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable, revenue, deferred revenue, undeposited funds, and sales tax.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support external audit requests and provide documentation for revenue and receivable transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Accounts Receivable Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and customer account maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor aging reports and partner with Hospitality and Wholesale channel sales leaders to resolve delinquent accounts and billing disputes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain A/R policies, procedures, and internal controls.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review customer contracts and billing terms to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and report key A/R metrics, including DSO, collections performance, and unapplied cash.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Process Improvement &amp; Systems</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with AI scripts/flows, system upgrades, and automation initiatives related to billing, revenue, and receivables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain process documentation and accounting policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and scalability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communicator who is skilled at building cross-functional relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High attention to detail and ability to work independently and also collaboratively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work full-time at Austin, TX headquarters (St. Elmo).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in consumer products and with global companies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Avalara or similar sales tax software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
