    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\">Misericordia University invites applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology, starting August 2025. This is a 10-month, non-tenure-track faculty position that has the potential to be renewed on an annual basis, circumstances permitting. &nbsp;A Ph.D. from a university that is accredited is required at the time of appointment.&nbsp;</p><p>The faculty member will be expected to teach lab and lecture courses in Anatomy and Physiology and Human Structure and Function. &nbsp;They also will serve as an advisor to undergraduate students enrolled in health sciences programs. &nbsp;</p><p>Candidates should have meaningful experience in face-to-face and virtual classroom instruction and learning outcomes assessment, prioritizing the fostering of a dynamic, respectful, and challenging learning environment.
