    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Join the team as an Associate with strong data interest, skills and first-hand experience. You will be integral to supporting shape and develop the Data Governance strategy and Data Control environment for JPMSE.&nbsp;</p><p>As an Associate within our Data Governance team, you will cover Data Governance across all lines of business and functions present in JPMSE. Additionally, you will collaborate with various local stakeholders as well as regional/global teams to ensure integrity, privacy and security of data in compliance with regulatory requirements.</p><p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Support execution of Data Governance projects within JPMSE, support decision making processes, review emerging risks and support escalations&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Support with the definition of requirements for JPMSE views of metrics</span></li><li><span>Review JPMSE metrics and support escalation to appropriate JPMSE governing bodies to raise awareness of the risk and facilitate bringing metrics under their threshold</span></li><li><span>Support implementation and enhancement of JPMSE Data Governance Framework (Data Quality, Data Confidence, Data Lineage, etc.)</span></li><li><span>Promote adherence to the JPMSE Data Governance Framework at the JPMSE level&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Document Data Governance processes, policies, and procedures</span></li><li><span>Prepare reports, presentations, and other supporting materials for Data Governance projects</span></li><li><span>Assist in development of data governance training materials and conduct training sessions</span></li><li><span>Maintain records of data issues and resolution</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span>Experience in the financial services industry, alternatively Big4 experience</span></li><li><span>First experience in highly matrixed organisation, with knowledge of data governance&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Experience in driving regulatory assessments and regulatory implementation, e.g. BCBS 239, EU AI Act, GDPR&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Excellent organization and planning skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate messages to various levels of the organization</span></li><li><span>Ability to translate business context into key messages relevant for the legal entity</span></li><li><span>Team player with ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues globally at all levels and across functions</span></li><li><span>Education to degree level (or equivalent)&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Fluency in English</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></span></p><ul><li>German language knowledge</li></ul>",
