FleetUp is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will: Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Experience in testing Web Applications Experience in testing Mobile Applications Experience with AWS Services and applications using them Understands software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; actively participates in process improvements Self Driven testing including Functional Testing, Data Validation, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, Automated Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Provide timely and meaningful feedback Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs Monitor debugging process results Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Recognizes issues (e.g. with requirements, design, implementation, etc.) and works with appropriate resources to address and resolve Seeks and understands the big picture/business cases behind individual requirements Knowledge/Skill Requirements: 2+ years in a QA or Testing role Experience with Agile development methodology including User stories, Use Cases, UAT, product sprint and backlog management. Strong SQL skills - writing complex SQL queries Experience using Github, JIRA Experience in Agile/Kanban processes for management Experience with test automation
