    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TABER</span>, the leading manufacturer of custom millwork, metalwork, and upholstery in Orange County, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawing coordination, and procurement tracking</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Field teams</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Track project schedules, deliveries, and install readiness to keep timelines on track</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Manage subcontractor scope across stone tops, seating, and metal work</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What we're looking for:</span></span></p>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1–2 years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related field (preferred but not required)</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, or project coordination workflows</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and clear, proactive communication</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable working with Bluebeam, Procore (or similar platform), and Excel</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>High attention to detail, especially with respect to finish quality and sequencing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We offer a competitive compensation package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.</span></p>\n\n",
