    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Job Title: Sustainment/Pre-Production Lead (ERSS/ERCS)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Location/Worksite: NMRLC Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel: As required</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Status: Full-Time, <strong><em>Contingent Upon Contract Award</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain Government background investigation and CAC</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Date Added: April 9, 2026</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Job Summary</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Sustainment / Pre-Production Lead (ERSS/ERCS) oversees sustainment and pre-production operations for ERSS and ERCS platforms to ensure rapid deployability and uninterrupted clinical capability in operational and contingency environments.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties and Responsibilities</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and oversee sustainment and pre-production operations for ERSS and ERCS platforms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct daily pre-production and sustainment activities including planning pulls, preparation, pre-labeling, kitting, staging, and configuration.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure ERSS kits supporting one to two operating tables are correctly configured for austere environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sustain ERCS material sets supporting patient transport and aeromedical evacuation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage replacement and re-kitting of expired or expiring material to maintain Ready-For-Issue status.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and resolve shortages, overages, misconfigurations, and late-arriving components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee containerization and staging of material into shipping containers or onto 463L pallets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply load planning, weight distribution, securing, and marking requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise assigned personnel and prioritize workflow to meet surge requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure sustainment and pre-production actions are documented in authorized systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate and oversee safe use of material handling equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with Biomedical, Shelf-Life, Production, Inventory, and Government personnel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with safety, handling, and operational requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required Qualifications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience: Experience leading sustainment and production operations for deployable medical systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Specialized Experience: Experience performing kitting, configuration control, labeling, discrepancy resolution, containerization, and aeromedical preparation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certifications: Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license; authorization to operate stand-up and 4,000&ndash;6,000 lb forklifts.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preferred Qualifications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">None specified.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability</p></div></div></div>\n",
