This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring rooms are properly arranged, equipment is functional, and event standards are met.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Set up event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and diagrams</p></li>\n <li><p>Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, linens, and décor</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper placement of signage and directional materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor events to respond to layout changes or operational needs</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, hallways, and storage areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist banquet and catering teams as needed during events</p></li>\n <li><p>Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely transport equipment using carts and dollies</p></li>\n <li><p>Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety, fire code, and company procedures</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read and interpret room diagrams and event orders</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
