Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales region and supporting the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.</li><li>Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).</li><li>Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.</li><li>Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.</li><li>Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.</li><li>Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.</li><li>Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.</li><li>Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.</li><li>Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.</li><li>Performing other tasks and duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br><strong>The ideal candidate should possess:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to travel 5 days per week.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to travel to convenience stores &amp; customer locations</li><li>Able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Strong oral &amp; written communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Self-motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
