This role will also be involved in data migrations, systems integrations, and third-party applications, such as nCino. This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting development efforts of various applications within the Salesforce platform.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Duties and responsibilities</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works closely with the Salesforce/nCino administrators, Business Analysts, Marketing team and platform users to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain data connections between Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing applications, such as Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc. (Core CRM objects sync, Synchronized Data Sources, Data Extensions, Contact Builder).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meets with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participates in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts requirement analysis, documents technical specifications, and writes, reviews, and debugs code.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Creates demos, proof of concept and solution wireframe.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Seeks out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and recommends actions to support rapid organizational scaling.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recommends product revisions or enhancements based on user feedback.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides technical assistance, end user support and documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stays abreast of Salesforce FSC, CRM, nCino and Marketing technologies as well as best practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supports deployments and release management using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Note: Nothing in this job description restricts management&rsquo;s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in computer science or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Salesforce certification, preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2+ years of proven technical experience in Salesforce/Force.com development.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">FIS or FServe Financial system background, preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other similar cloud-based solutions like Oracle, SAP, Dynamics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on expertise with Financial Services Cloud (FSC data model &amp; features) and Salesforce CRM core (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration), preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct work experience related to development, configuration and testing with financial data, reporting and Fintech vendor services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration design, and common middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) or ETL tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps or AutoRABIT.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledgeable of Agentforce and AI tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Practical experience with creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of agile concepts and willingness to support ITIL processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-starter with willingness to learn new technologies.&nbsp;</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Physical Demands/Work Environment:</strong><br>Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing.
