This position collaborates with various departments to ensure optimal site operation and this role is crucial in site acceptance, backhaul troubleshooting, and testing. Responsibilities include regular maintenance, repairs, and customer installations for enterprise solutions, including government grant programs and large businesses.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>(included but not limited to):</span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Collaborate with various departments, external vendors, and contractors to ensure standards of site acceptance for new builds, site modifications, backhaul installation, uplifts, troubleshooting, and testing.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conduct preventative maintenance, update site documentation, and verify site systems monitoring to maintain site standards.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain accountability for assigned company assets and coordinate with Logistics and Support Services to ensure inventory accuracy.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide timely resolution of assigned trouble tickets and escalate issues as necessary.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure functionality of power systems and battery backups.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum Years Experience&nbsp;0 -1 Yrs., no prior related experience required.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum Education:&nbsp;High School / Trade School or equivalent experience.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Embody and demonstrate our company values: Foster Trust, Effective Communication, Customer Centricity, Own It, Win Together.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Possess a valid Driver&#39;s License and meet the requirements of the Department of Transportation physical.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Must pass a pre-employment drug test.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance, ensuring consistent availability and dependability.
