We're seeking someone who will positively represent the Luv Bridal brand and thrive in a goal-driven, evolving environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As a Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional results while curating a 5-star bridal experience that’s truly unforgettable. Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve monthly sales targets — both closing ratio and total revenue</li>\n<li>Recruit, hire, and train high-performing stylists who reflect our brand values</li>\n<li>Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development</li>\n<li>Oversee daily showroom operations including scheduling, ordering, and inventory</li>\n<li>Merchandise gowns and accessories; forecast and purchase new samples and back stock</li>\n<li>Build strong rapport with clients and navigate emotionally charged situations with care and professionalism</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8 years of customer service experience</li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years of high-level management experience</li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Passion for bridal, fashion, and luxury customer service (bridal experience preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ready to Join the Luv Team?</span></p>\n<p>Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience, leadership style, salary expectations, and why you believe you’d be the perfect fit for our LA team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></p>\n<p>Luv Bridal was founded with a mission to redefine the bridal shopping experience.
