    "description": "<h2>Company/Location Overview</h2>\n<p>The Warehouse Tech, essentially our forklift operator, will be responsible for off-loading and relocating of products and materials to designated areas as efficiently and timely as possible. Safety is top priority, the role requires constant awareness of work environment, surroundings, and adherence to OSHA regulations, and company policies. Forklift operator will sort, organize, conduct preventive maintenance, and post maintenance of equipment, adhere to forklift operator safety protocols, and report any mishaps or variance of products immediately to management. Maintains and accounts materials (cargo, gaylords, pallets, bins, etc.) on hand, staged areas and oversee deliveries. In addition, the operator must communicate daily and collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals. </p>\n<h2>Job Description/Responsibilities</h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities\n<ul>\n <li>Maneuvering forklifts safely in busy industrial environments</li>\n <li>Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets</li>\n <li>Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport</li>\n <li>Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas</li>\n <li>Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions</li>\n <li>Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages</li>\n <li>Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport</li>\n <li>Keeping up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures </li>\n <li>Consolidating partial pallets for incoming goods</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>Minimum Qualifications / Acceptable Equivalency / Preferences\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year forklift experience in a manufacturing setting</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in sit-down, stand-up forklift industrial trucks in warehouse, storage yards, construction sites or manufacturing and other company sites </li>\n <li>Experience in moving of materials of various loads, large, small, or cumbersome items to pallets and safely transfer to designated areas or as instructed by supervisor</li>\n <li>Familiarity with continuous improvement processes, 5S / lean manufacturing concepts, shift change / task handoff, OSHA safety protocols, GMPs, PPEs</li>\n</ul> Conditions of Employment\n<ul>\n <li>Must pass background check, drug test, and I-9 verification</li>\n <li>Must be able to work outside of regular work schedule as required</li>\n <li>Must attend and pass company forklift safety training program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>What We Offer:  Benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, as well as FSA options. 401k with employer matching, PTO, free lunch on weekdays and growth opportunities.BuzzBallz is a woman-founded alcohol brand by Merrilee Kick in 2009 and is in Carrollton, Texas.
