          "text": "<p>We are seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Field &amp; Laboratory Technician to perform field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate materials in support of commercial, residential, industrial, and public works construction projects. This position offers a combination of field inspection and testing responsibilities along with laboratory testing and sample processing.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate materials in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project specifications.</li><li>Conduct soil density testing using nuclear density gauges and other field testing equipment.</li><li>Perform concrete testing including slump, air content, temperature, and casting of compressive strength cylinders.</li><li>Observe and document construction activities related to earthwork, foundations, paving, and concrete placement.</li><li>Accurately record field observations, test results, and project documentation.</li><li>Communicate testing results and project information to project managers, contractors, and clients.</li><li>Collect, transport, receive, sample, and prepare materials for laboratory testing.</li><li>Perform laboratory testing including Proctor compaction, sieve analysis, Atterberg Limits, sand equivalent, compression testing, aggregate testing, and asphalt testing.</li><li>Calculate, review, and report laboratory and field test results.</li><li>Maintain testing equipment, vehicles, and laboratory facilities in accordance with company quality and safety requirements.</li><li>Follow company safety procedures and maintain compliance with radiation safety requirements.</li><li>Assist with additional testing, inspection, and project-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul></ul>",

          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Experience in construction materials testing, field inspection, laboratory testing, or a related construction field preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and industry-standard testing procedures preferred.</li><li>Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and testing requirements preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations and verify testing data.</li><li>Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team in a laboratory environment.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic reporting systems.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I</li><li>ATTI/WAQTC/ASTM/AASHTO Soils and Aggregate Certification</li><li>ATTI/WAQTC Asphalt Certification</li><li>Radiation Safety Certification</li><li>Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification</li><li>ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician</li><li>Additional ICC, NICET, or construction inspection certifications are a plus</li></ul><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Field density testing and earthwork observation</li><li>Concrete placement observation and testing</li><li>Asphalt paving observation and testing</li><li>Laboratory testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt materials</li><li>Construction quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) services</li></ul>",
