      "content": "<p><strong>Daily MNFRO Support Across All Teams</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<li>Contact for HOW-TO Questions, clarifications, or issues&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work with users,&nbsp;observe&nbsp;usage behavior – not just reacting to tickets&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Identify&nbsp;workaround users are creating because the system/process&nbsp;doesn’t&nbsp;fit&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Translate user intent into clear, correct MES workflow&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Actively support and partner with Engineering, Technicians, Inventory/Supply Chain, and Quality teams&nbsp;</li>\n\n<p><strong>MNFRO Configuration &amp; Administration&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<li>Manage&nbsp;users,&nbsp;roles, permissions,&nbsp;core&nbsp;configuration and&nbsp;licenses&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Identify&nbsp;and resolve system misconfigurations causing operational friction&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure workflows are intuitive, standardized, and scalable across departments&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Review new features that are released and perform operational impact assessments&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Test and&nbsp;validatenew&nbsp;capabilities and enable them into production&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Determine&nbsp;which new features benefit which group and develop a rollout plan&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Publish internal release notes tailored to each team&nbsp;</li>\n\n<p><strong>Training &amp; Documentation</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<li>Create simple, visual guides and build SOPs for all groups&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct short, focused training sessions for all user groups&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;an internal knowledge base of “how things work” across teams&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Drive adoption and standardization by making Manufacturo easier,&nbsp;clearer&nbsp;and more usable for everyone&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Train teams in advance so new releases are embraced as opposed to causing disruptions&nbsp;</li>\n\n<p><strong>Proactive process improvement</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<li>Walk the floor and&nbsp;observe&nbsp;real user behavior&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Identify&nbsp;repetitive pain points, unnecessary clicks, confusing steps, or broken flows&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assess whether issues are process/training/configuration related or product limitations&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional partners to redesign workflows to reduce friction&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Validate improvements with users and iterate quickly&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Spot opportunities where new features can solve real problems -even before users ask for it&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Identify&nbsp;capabilities user do not know exist and educate them&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain&nbsp;a structured enhancement backlog based on real observations&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality, validated requests reach the&nbsp;Manufacturo&nbsp;produc&nbsp;team&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct short, focused training sessions for all user groups&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Build and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;an internal knowledge base of “how things work” across teams&nbsp;</li>\n\n<p><strong>Cross-System Awareness</strong>&nbsp;<br><em>You are not expected to be an ERP/PLM admin – but you will grow your understanding&nbsp;</em></p>\n\n<li>Of how MES data flow to/from NetSuite, Teamcenter, and Data Warehouse&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Identify&nbsp;mismatches and escalate with clarity&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Participate in testing new integrations or workflow changes across systems</li>\n<li>Help Digital Transformation ensure end-to-end consistency across the digital thread</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
