The ideal candidate is a certified accountant (CPN) with<br>strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of owning key deliverables such as financial<br>statements, cash flow management, P&amp;L reporting, and budget forecasting. The role requires the<br>ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making,<br>while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. The role also includes responsibility<br>for the accounting consolidation of Fligoo's full business group, handling multi-currency reporting<br>and adapting to the specific needs of each business unit. Experience in dynamic environments —<br>preferably startups or technology companies — is highly valued.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br>• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, and<br>management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.<br>• Cash Flow Management: Build and monitor cash flow forecasts, identify risks and<br>opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize liquidity.<br>• Accounting: Ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely monthly closings, and full compliance with<br>local accounting standards and tax obligations.<br>• Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to<br>support strategic planning and business growth.<br>• Strategic Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to the Admin &amp; Finance leadership<br>team to support key business decisions and initiatives.<br>• Internal Controls: Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and<br>ensure process integrity.<br>• Accounts Receivable &amp; Payable: Oversee billing, collections, and supplier payments,<br>ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.<br>• Tax &amp; Legal Compliance: Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely compliance with<br>tax filings and regulatory requirements.<br>• Payroll Support: Provide oversight and validation of payroll processes in coordination with the<br>HR team.<br>• Group Consolidation: Lead the accounting consolidation of Fligoo's full business group,<br>managing multi-currency reporting across different business units and adapting financial<br>processes to the specific requirements of each entity.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span><br>1. Academic Training<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPN) — completed and with active professional certification.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2. Technical Skills<br>• Deep expertise in financial reporting, accounting standards, cost analysis, and tax compliance.<br>• Proven ability to build and manage P&amp;L statements, cash flow models, and financial<br>forecasts.<br>• Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Colppy, Tango, QuickBooks, or similar).<br>• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — financial modeling, pivot tables, dynamic<br>dashboards.<br>• Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Drive, Meet) for collaborative work and reporting.<br>• Knowledge of Argentine labor legislation and payroll validation.<br>• English proficiency B1 or higher.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>3.
