Overview The Job in a Nutshell: The Maintenance Manager (working) is responsible for developing and performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, facility, and warehouse equipment according to safety, preventive, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. This role supports the achievement of the site’s business goals through a "whatever it takes" approach. This is a hands-on leadership role ; you will maintain tools and machines while overseeing the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and executing long-term strategic plans.
