This role supports the achievement of the site’s business goals through a <strong>\"whatever it takes\" approach.</strong></p>\n<p>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong>; you will maintain tools and machines while overseeing the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and executing long-term strategic plans. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of initiative and is willing to roll up their sleeves to tackle any task necessary, including <strong>essential facility repairs —</strong>to ensure the site operates at peak efficiency. The Maintenance Manager resolves problems as they arise, whether directly or by delegating them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.</p>\n<p>06/10/2026</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Main Ingredients:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong></p>\n<li>Coordinate maintenance efforts to ensure timely repair of food packaging and warehouse equipment and machinery</li>\n<li>Manage the maintenance team through coaching, training on building and equipment, and delegation of work</li>\n<li>Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and OSHA rules while carrying out maintenance functions</li>\n<li>Identify critical spare parts and build inventory</li>\n<li>Identify improvement opportunities and build and execute improvement plan; may lead improvement events</li>\n<li>Carry out inspections of production rooms and equipment to identify issues</li>\n<li>Develop preventative maintenance schedules and ensure implementation by maintenance personnel</li>\n<li>Perform troubleshooting to solve repair issues</li>\n<li>Communicate plans for upper-level improvements to maintenance personnel</li>\n<li>Manage contractor selection and scheduling.</li>\n<li>Maintain repair logs and reports on daily activities, PM’s and overall equipment performance…OEE</li>\n<li>Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance; build maintenance related annual capital project list</li>\n<p><strong>Recipe for Success:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>High school diploma/GED</li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years maintenance experience in production/packaging operations</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years management experience preferred</li>\n<li>Proven history of process and procedural improvements</li>\n<li>Experience with developing and managing maintenance procedures preferred</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of PLC systems, engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems</li>\n<li>Experience in a food manufacturing environment with an understanding of GMP’s, HACCP and Food Safety preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to understand and work on DC voltage required</li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues required</li>\n<li>Possesses basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and fabrication knowledge</li>\n<li>Ability to provide installation and repair techniques for piping systems (water, air)</li>\n<li>Possess industrial safety, machine safety and safeguarding techniques</li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision and take the initiative to get assigned work done efficiently and effectively</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with management on progress</li>\n<li>Strong attention to details and getting the work done right the first time</li>\n<li>Ability to work with a diverse group and provide leadership in the maintenance area</li>\n<li>Must have valid CO driver’s license</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job description is not an employment contract.
