With a steadfast commitment to advancing medical technology, we take immense pride in the work we do – and have a lot of fun doing it.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About this Opportunity:</strong></p><p>This position performs MIG and TIG welds throughout a limited range of material gages, alloys and positions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify the correct gas and wire for welding process.</li><li>Use oxy-acetylene torch to cut material as needed.</li><li>Use plasma torch to cut material as needed.</li><li>Read and understand blue prints.</li><li>Joins, fabricates and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding technique.</li><li>Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.</li><li>Demonstrates consistent ability to execute sound: groove, full penetration, fillet, joint, lap, and butt welds.</li><li>Consistently fabricates and welds customer products within customer specifications with minimal defects.</li><li>Ability to perform multi-pass stacks ups throughout ranges needed.</li><li>Ability to perform full penetration throughout ranges needed.</li><li>Demonstrates through testing, ability to accurately perform carbon air arc cutting.</li><li>Develop and build basic fixturing.</li><li>Straighten welded parts.</li><li>Weld up holes up to 2-inches deep.</li><li>Visually inspects welds for defects.</li><li>Visually inspect equipment and tools for wear.</li><li>Has current forklift driving certification.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
