As the VP of Global Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving scalable, data-driven marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and revenue. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead a high-performing team across regional growth marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, web, and analytics, and collaborate closely with sales and product leaders to execute integrated campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. ❗This is a New Role ❗This is a Full-time permanent position 📍 Location: This position is available to all applicants eligible to work in Canada and residing in Toronto, Ontario. What you will be doing: Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets. Own the demand generation funnel, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and conversion optimization. Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, channel specialists, and analysts. Partner with regional marketing teams to localize campaigns and optimize performance across geographies. Oversee marketing operations, attribution modeling, and performance reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution. Manage and optimize multi-million dollar marketing budgets across channels and regions. Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation. Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and technologies across the global marketing function to enhance targeting, optimize spend, and scale campaign execution What you will bring: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of scaling global demand generation programs in SaaS or technology environments. Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience in the accounting or audit industry is a plus but not required. Proven ability to drive strategic adoption of AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve performance, efficiency, and competitive positioning at scale.
