Officially certified as a Great Place to Work®! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> </p>\n<p>The Marketing Intern will support the IndeVets Marketing team with a focus on AI-assisted marketing operations, content, and research. This intern will gain hands-on exposure to how a modern marketing team uses AI tools to plan campaigns, analyze performance, and improve workflows — contributing to real projects while building a portfolio of work that reflects where marketing is headed. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<p>Use AI tools (primarily Claude) to assist with research, content drafts, and campaign summaries under team direction </p>\n<p>Support documentation of AI-assisted workflows as the team builds and refines them </p>\n<p>Conduct market and competitive research and summarize findings in clear, actionable memos </p>\n<p>Help analyze campaign metrics and surface key findings for the team </p>\n<p>QA outputs from AI workflows — flag inconsistencies, errors, or off-brand language </p>\n<p>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas on how AI tools could improve team processes </p>\n<p>Assist with content creation for email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral </p>\n<p>Performs other related duties as assigned </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent required <strong>AND</strong> </p>\n<p>Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related degree program (sophomore or above), OR a recent graduate within 12 months </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p>\n<p>Some familiarity with AI tools — especially Claude — preferred. You don't need to be an expert, but you should have used them for real tasks beyond basic chatting </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills:</strong> </p>\n<p>Strong written communication skills and attention to brand voice and tone </p>\n<p>Curiosity about AI and how it applies to marketing — eager to learn and experiment in a structured environment </p>\n<p>Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts — email, paid media, social, or analytics </p>\n<p>Organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Gain:</strong> </p>\n<p>Hands-on experience in a real business environment with real IndeVets workflows </p>\n<p>1:1 mentorship from an experienced IndeVets professional throughout the program </p>\n<p>Cross-functional collaboration with interns from three other departments via the capstone project </p>\n<p>An AI-integrated group capstone project to showcase on your resume or portfolio </p>\n<p>Program completion certificate and professional reference letter available upon request </p>\n<p>Consideration for future paid roles at IndeVets based on performance </p>\n<p>College credit arrangements: IndeVets will provide all required documentation including a signed internship agreement, supervisor evaluations, and hour logs.
