    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n RH is seeking a skilled Spray Booth Finishing Specialist to join our Dennis &amp; Leen/Formations Workshop in Torrance, CA. This role is part of the Iron Finishing department and plays an important role in producing luxury, antique-style indoor and outdoor furniture. In this role, you bring technical mastery, a commitment to safety and quality, and a refined eye for finishes that reflect the timeless craftsmanship and elegance synonymous with RH.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Apply protective and decorative coatings using precision spray techniques within a controlled booth environment</li>\n  <li>Prepare iron furniture components for finishing through cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed</li>\n  <li>Apply primers, paints, and protective topcoats using HVLP or comparable spray systems</li>\n  <li>Ensure smooth, even coverage, accurate color matching, and finish consistency across all pieces</li>\n  <li>Follow finish specifications for antique-style and weather-resistant coatings</li>\n  <li>Inspect finished pieces for quality, color accuracy, and durability</li>\n  <li>Perform touch-ups or refinements as needed to meet design and quality standards</li>\n  <li>Maintain spray booth cleanliness, ventilation, and equipment functionality</li>\n  <li>Adhere to all safety, environmental, and PPE regulations within the finishing department</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>3+ years of experience in spray finishing, preferably in metal or iron furniture production</li>\n  <li>Proficiency with HVLP spray systems and other controlled spray equipment</li>\n  <li>Skilled in metal surface preparation, masking, and priming techniques</li>\n  <li>Experience color matching and ensuring finish uniformity across multiple pieces</li>\n  <li>Knowledge of coatings suitable for indoor and outdoor applications</li>\n  <li>Strong commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and maintaining high quality standards</li>\n  <li>Familiarity with antique-style finishes and historically inspired design aesthetics preferred</li>\n  <li>Experience in high-end or custom furniture production preferred</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Handles and moves iron furniture components weighing up to 75 lbs.
