Our commitment to excellence ensures our clients receive the best in equipment and support, fostering their success and ours.</p><p>We are looking for a customer service-oriented person with experience in technical parts to join our Service Team.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>In this critical role, you will provide accurate, timely technical parts support to the field service team and our customers across all machine lines.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Communicate with field technicians on the status of parts orders</li><li>Communicate with field technicians and customers to identify parts by researching drawings, parts books, databases, catalogs, and other available resources for accurate part identification</li><li>Contact vendors to identify and/or validate part definition, price &amp; availability</li><li>Enter stock and vendor parts orders. Create parts purchase orders and submit to vendor</li><li>Communicate with customers regarding pricing, delivery &amp; purchase requirements, and obtain customer purchase orders</li><li>Provide technical parts support for other departments, i.e., Applications Engineering, Tooling, etc</li><li>Provide phone support for the service parts queue as needed</li><li>Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Look For:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>One + years of experience in maintenance/repair of electrical and mechanical systems. CNC repair experience helpful.</li><li>Degree/certificate in related field; Mechatronics, electrical/mechanical or electronics, Automation Technology, Automated Machinery Systems, Robotics, etc</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics</li><li>Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to organize and track numerous details and projects</li><li>Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customers</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening</li><li>Ability to investigate through research and conversation and resolve problems or questions.</li><li>Solid computer knowledge and data entry skill</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Competitive Salary:</strong> Start at $27 - $32 per hour &ndash; depending on specific technical skills, knowledge and experience.
