style=\"font-weight: bold\">drive the operational excellence and transformation roadmap</span> for Phoenix finance processes, including the Shared Services Center in Lithuania</li>\n<li>Define and manage a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">value framework</span>, ensuring tracking and realization of benefits from efficiency and transformation initiatives</li>\n<li>Drive <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">end-to-end process optimization</span> through a combination of Business Process Management (BPM), automation (including RPA), Process Mining/Intelligence, Agentic AI, and selective Lean methodologies</li>\n<li>Own and manage an automation and AI use‑case portfolio for Finance processes (i.e., P2P, O2C, R2R), including prioritization, backlog management, and delivery coordination</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">finance process KPIs and SLAs</span>, ensuring performance transparency and alignment with business objectives</li>\n<li>Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of automation and AI initiatives, from business demand through implementation to stable operations</li>\n<li>Ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sustainable delivery and maintenance of automation solutions</span>, including governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Collaborate with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT architects and technology teams</span> to ensure secure, stable, and scalable integration of digital solutions</li>\n<li>Upskill and support teams in adopting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">digital tools, automation, and data-driven ways of working</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Business Services</span> and Business Units to drive a culture of innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive and ensure delivery of tangible efficiency targets</span>, monitoring outcomes, and in finance transformation, operational excellence, or similar</li>\n<li>Proven track record of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">delivering measurable efficiency gains and leading transformation initiatives</span></li>\n<li>Strong expertise in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">process optimization (BPM, Lean/Six Sigma) combined with digital approaches</span></li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automation (RPA), Process Mining/Intelligence, and relevant exposure to (Agentic) AI use case</span></li>\n<li>Strong delivery management and stakeholder coordination skills in cross‑functional environments</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">motivate, influence, and gain commitment</span> and achieve credibility at all levels of the organization.</li>\n<li>Analytical, results-driven mindset with experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">value realization and driving adoption of digital solutions</span></li>\n<li>Solid understanding of<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> end-to-end finance processes is </span>considered an advantage</li>\n<li>Experience in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shared Service
