Description Talent Acquisition Partner We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude. Contract: ASAP- End of August 2026 (possible extension) Hourly Wage: $22/hour Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience. Manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining exceptional productivity and accuracy. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using search engines, social media, job boards, and recruitment technology. Proactively network, cold-call, and engage passive and active candidates. Develop a deep understanding of client programs and required candidate profiles. Promote Mosaic’s brand and value proposition to candidates. Conduct prescreens, interviews, and candidate presentations to hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines within the ATS. Respond quickly to urgent hiring needs. Research and implement new sourcing channels and strategies. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or high-volume preferred). Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation. Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door to door or promotions is an asset. Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms. Highly goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
