Join us to be part of a team that values your skills, listens to your input, and makes a meaningful difference in the community.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership & Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.</li>\n <li>Monitor personnel compliance, credentials, and develop corrective action plans when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CARF, JCAHO).</li>\n <li>Conduct reviews of therapy programs and services to assess effectiveness and efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Program Development & Growth</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop strategies to expand therapy programs, including building caseloads and implementing special initiatives like fitness or dementia programs.</li>\n <li>Lead marketing efforts with local hospitals, physicians, and the community to promote the therapy program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.</li>\n <li>Track and report assessment period data, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to Medicare and company guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Problem Resolution & Staff Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Investigate and resolve patient, staff, or service-related issues, ensuring open communication and problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing education and in-service training to staff and community members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations governing rehabilitation services.</li>\n <li>Ensure a safe environment by complying with infection control, OSHA standards, and proper use of tools and equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in required discipline (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy and/or Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assisting).</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Valid state licensure as a PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA, or license eligible</li>\n <li>At least <strong>3–5 years of clinical experience</strong> in rehabilitation or a related healthcare field.</li>\n <li><strong>Supervisory or management experience</strong> in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in rehab therapy</li>\n <li><strong>Leadership & Team Management:</strong> Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.</li>\n <li><strong>Clinical Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of rehabilitation principles, practices, and patient care protocols.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, families, and stakeholders.</li>\n <li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills to address challenges and improve operations.</li>\n <li><strong>Organizational Skills:</strong> Strong ability to manage schedules, resources, and budgets efficiently.</li>\n <li><strong>Compliance Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and other applicable laws.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
