Description
We are ERock!
ERock is a leader and innovator of Electrical Resiliency-As-A-Service. Our advanced dual-purpose microgrids protect companies, critical infrastructure, and communities from unexpected power outages, ensuring business continuity and civic durability.
ERock’s dual-purpose microgrids use natural gas and renewable natural gas (RNG) to drive the nation’s most dependable microgrids — all while producing significantly lower to zero carbon emissions than traditional diesel backup generators. Powered by our revolutionary GraniteEcosystem™ software, ERock solutions provide 24/7/365 monitoring, optimization, and forecasting to deliver worry-free, reliable power for businesses. The Power is On — and we keep it on.
What you’ll do…
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who is driven, innovative, and detail-oriented to join our manufacturing operations team. This role will focus on improving manufacturing processes, designing production workflows, implementing lean principles, and supporting product quality to ensure that every ERock solution meets our high standards for performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborating with design engineering on new product introduction to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Creating, maintaining, and updating work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput. Analyzing production data and metrics to identify trends and drive problem-solving efforts. Supporting troubleshooting of production issues, including mechanical, electrical, and control system challenges. Coordinating with supply chain and quality teams to resolve material or component issues. Leading projects to integrate new equipment, automation solutions, and tooling into production lines. Training production staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.
