          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Senior Front-End Software Developer </strong>at Vention…</p><p>You’ll play a key role on the Machine Builder team, shaping the next generation of Vention’s CAD engine and user-experience tools. Working closely with product managers, designers, internal users and cross-functional engineering teams, you’ll build reliable and high-performance front-end solutions that scale as our business grows.</p><p>Your technical leadership will influence the long-term direction of the MachineBuilder platform, enabling our users to design and prototype custom machines with confidence and speed.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design and build tools that lower the barrier for users to design machine solutions for their manufacturing floors.</li><li>Take end-to-end ownership of features: write clean code, design testing strategies, deliver under deadlines, and maintain high-tenure quality.</li><li>Support and mentor team members, elevating engineering standards and driving excellence in front-end craftsmanship.</li><li>Analyze and refactor legacy code, improving architecture, performance and maintainability of MachineBuilder’s codebase.</li><li>Provide clear APIs and interfaces for other teams (e.g., Simulation, MachineLogic) and support internal product-engineering partnerships.</li><li>Utilize linear algebra and 3D tools to support model manipulation, snapping, selection, layering and real-time performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Design, Product and Engineering teams to prioritize new features and drive innovation in user experience.</li></ul>",
