As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing challenging technical requirements for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) customers. The successful candidate will manage and lead project teams to design, procure, fabricate, integrate, test, and evaluate C5ISR systems. Facilitates the timely planning of the program consistent with program/project requirements and objectives. Interact with business unit departments to plan and identify workforce requirements and coordinate scheduling. Develop Program and Project plans to include Work Breakdown Structures, Statements of Work, Cost Estimates, Schedules, Risk Registers, Master Equipment Lists / Bill of Materials, and other project artifacts as required. Manages programs / projects from the initial planning phase through program/project completion. Interfaces and coordinates with customers, sponsors, and end users to provide the necessary program status and obtain customer feedback. Monitors program / projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Directs the work activities of assigned subordinate employees. Conducts performance appraisals, schedules resource availability and assignments, and develops career developments plans for subordinate employees.
