Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, cultivating, and embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement to further the SI Group Brand promise and SI Operational Excellence as well as identifying and engaging team members in developmental activities designed to stimulate long-term individual and organizational growth.</span></p><h3><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>How You Will Make an Impact:</strong></span></span></h3><p>Maintenance Supervisor Functional Role</p><ul><li>Ensures EHS compliance and continuous improvement in EHS performance&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all safety issues or concerns are addressed and understood through job safety reviews and permit authorizations&nbsp;</li><li>Actively supervises the execution of the work order management processes to prioritize work identification, work approval, planning, scheduling, reassigning unscheduled work, executing, and closing out maintenance work orders</li><li>Ensures execution of the preventative maintenance program and owns Mechanical Integrity program to comply with PSM standards</li><li>Responsible for time management related to lost time for work orders and departmental overtime</li><li>Assists with problem-solving and RCA processes that resolve reliability problems and reduce operational risks &nbsp;</li><li>Owns execution of the turnaround/shutdown process&nbsp;</li><li>Adheres daily to established standard leader work processes per maintenance playbook including monitoring, measuring and auditing to ensure effective execution of standard work processes&nbsp;</li><li>Supervises contractors and contractor work assignments in a way that maximizes completion of value-added work measured by associated KPIs</li><li>Sets clear and concise performance goals aligned with the planning, performance management cycle (PPMC)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all personnel are properly trained to perform duties assigned</li><li>Satisfy all Corporate Quality Requirements and ISO9001 Quality Management System</li><li>Practice Responsible Care 14001 through active participation in the Responsible Care Management System</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Drive a Culture of Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li>Drives LEAN/Six Sigma, continuous improvement of processes and operations for increased productivity and efficiency (Operational Excellence) &nbsp;</li><li>Grow a culture of continuous improvement (CI) by consistently embedding CI into meetings, trainings, processes, and systems</li><li>Ensures Maintenance work is accomplished through defined, measured, and continuously improved work processes; identifies and leverages best practices<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Creating Extraordinary Starts With:</strong></span></span></h3><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Preferred</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Minimum (3) years of experience in a process manufacturing environment</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Maintenance and Reliability Professional Certification (CMRP) preferred</span></li><li><p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Strong Mechanical Equipment Systems knowledge</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\"><strong>What We Value:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">We strive for all employees to nurture physical, mental and emotional health both personally and professionally.
