SUD and Grant Services Program Manager : OnPoint is looking for a dynamic, organized, and dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time SUD and Grant Services Program Manager. In this role, you will provide administrative and programmatic leadership for designated programs and services in accordance with funding, regulator, agency, and best practice standards. PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE: Salary Range : starting at $85,000.00 up to $95,000.00 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Oversee the Recovery Management SUD program, prevention services, housing services and jail based clinical services in conjunction with the supervisors of those programs. Directly supervise those programs/teams/staff in the absence of the supervisor Partner with the Provider Network team to consult on clinical matters for contracted SUD providers Oversee and manage any internal staffing contracts or DCO arrangements for SUD services Participate in the required activities as the HARA of Allegan County and ensure housing team members are participating as assigned Establish and maintain an environment focused on exceptional and individualized service delivery, marked by ongoing assessment, responsiveness, flexibility, measurable impact, and internal and external coordination. Maintain exceptional working knowledge of funding, regulatory, agency and best practice standards that impact designated programs and services. Establish and maintain processes to manage utilization and capacity issues, including data points, analysis, and response. Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge and understanding of financial infrastructure for designated services and programs. Actively participate in budget planning and oversight of assigned programs, including staying within grant budgets and ensuring billable services are occurring to expectations Identify and analyze trends in target populations, service delivery and gaps, risk management, and workforce. Lead program development efforts in partnership with the chief operating officer, quality innovation and provider network team, and other program managers Lead program efforts in recruitment, screening, orientation, and training for program staff, with strong and accurate knowledge of credentialing and reimbursement standards. Provide direct supervision for designated team members. Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships to support program quality, capacity, and sustainability. Actively participate in agency leadership teams, committees, and initiatives. Coordinate and assist with community events to reduce stigma around substance use and promote recovery events. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Must possess a valid driver’s license, registration and proof of automobile insurance when operating County vehicles or operating personal vehicles in performance of job duties at any time. May provide own transportation for job related use, including transporting of individuals served, to and from meetings and activities at varying work locations throughout Allegan County.
