Using business judgment on issues and tasks, you will have impact on financial and departmental activities.  You will also work closely with technical financial staff to assist with special projects or research.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will be required to go into the office twice a month if you reside within 50 miles of Plymouth Meeting, PA (Please note this policy is subject to change.) </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process various financial transactions such as bills, expense reports, receivables.</li>\n <li>Input data and maintain logs for recording and tracking transactions. Monitor compliance with policy and procedures; identify trends in activities and outcomes. Ensure that accounts are balanced and reconciled.</li>\n <li>Collect, compile, prepare and analyze data from multiple financial systems, including journal entries and other financial transactions.</li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison for assigned accounts, customers and/or vendors. May handle sensitive issues or transactions.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties and projects including operation reports, month-end closing activities and researching and resolving complex issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A.S. degree in accounting or business and a minimum of 2 years of work experience; or equivalent related experience; ideally in an accounting/finance environment.</li>\n <li>Strong math and communication skills, along with customer service skills, are required.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of accounting principles preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p><b>Pay Philosophy:</b> The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
