    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Dietary Aide / Server @ La Posada</strong> provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Part Time | Shifts vary between</strong></p>\n<p><strong> 6a-2p ,  4p-8p  - Weekends required (Flexibility important)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: $15-$16.50/hr</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Paid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shift</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner</li>\n <li>Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests </li>\n <li>Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings </li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as required<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>High school graduate preferred</li>\n <li>Some serving experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have Food Handler’s certification as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
