This is a <strong>high-volume, transactional accounting role</strong> supporting the CWA team. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in <strong>accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, and account reconciliations</strong>, while assisting with month-end close and daily accounting operations. This is not a purely analytical role. We need someone who is comfortable <strong>working in the details, managing multiple priorities, and jumping in wherever needed</strong> in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and full-range Accounting duties.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and grow in a deadline & procedural driven environment.</li>\n <li>Maintain close working relationship with the general manager and controller to coordinate facility objectives while assisting in cost improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, billings, cash receipts, vendor statements and journal entries.</li>\n <li>Review and code financial information, Customer Payments, profit and loss statement, and other reports.</li>\n <li>Contributes to team by sharing responsibility and accomplishing results.</li>\n <li>Assist Controller on Month End close, reporting requirements and reconciliations.</li>\n <li>Documented work history of cross-trained, enthusiastic, small office work environment</li>\n <li>Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Reconciles financial discrepancies by reviewing account information.</li>\n <li>Maintains financial security by following internal controls.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3-5 years minimum experience in Accounting </li>\n <li>Proficient in all Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.</li>\n <li>Exceptional task management abilities and deadline driven.</li>\n <li>Superb multi-tasking and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and employment background checks.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>*</strong>This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
