Our campus is located at 1450 Boughton Dr. Bakersfield, CA 93308</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong id=\"isPasted\">SUMMARY</strong>: The faculty member is responsible to provide instruction to groups of students using available learning resources. &nbsp;Each faculty member will develop individual lesson plans and implement instructional strategies to meet the objectives of each course taught and to meet the instructional guidelines specified in the course syllabi.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;include but are not limited to the following: &nbsp;</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>COMPLIANCE</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for compliance with all local, state, accreditation and federal regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that all employees and students are held accountable to the company&rsquo;s policies and procedures and applicable laws.</li><li>Ensure completeness, accuracy, and security of campus files, documents and reports.</li><li>Review all necessary policies and procedures to ensure a culture of compliance.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Follow objectives of course syllabus as provided by CAU.</li><li>Prepare and implement day-by-day course outline.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans and required materials for each day&rsquo;s instruction.</li><li>Record daily attendance and communicate potential concerns.</li><li>Promote a positive learning environment in the classroom.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist students individually upon request.</li><li>Motivate and encourage students to attend class regularly and apply themselves to their course of study.</li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication using a variety of teaching methods.</li><li>Participate in the school retention plan by maintaining a proactive and mentoring relationship with the students and by contacting and providing help to absent students.</li><li>Administer exams and issue grades objectively to reflect student performance. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain record book on each student to include grading and attendance.</li><li>Ensure that all students are held accountable to CAU rules and regulations.</li><li>Attend regularly scheduled faculty meetings as prescribed by academics administration on campus.</li><li>Recommend improvements in course design, materials, equipment, and facilities that may enhance student&rsquo;s learning experiences and preparation for employment.</li><li>Develop and implement an annual professional development plan to enhance career growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Arrange field trips, class projects, class speakers, etc. to promote hands-on learning and exposure to professional work environments.</li><li>Instruct students in laboratory safety procedures if applicable.</li><li>Participate, promote and attend school functions such as graduation ceremonies and in-service workshops.</li><li>Participate in academic support programs and student professional associations when possible.</li><li>Participate, promote and attend curriculum review meetings as requested by academics administration on campus.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
