      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.</li>\n<li>5+ years of professional experience in visual or digital design, backed by a strong portfolio of web and mobile work.</li>\n<li>Experience designing web, mobile, and marketing assets with a strong portfolio.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li>\n<li>Motion graphics experience a plus (After Effects).</li>\n<li>Experience with responsive design and landing page optimization.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI, and conversion-focused design.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing for creative performance.</li>\n"
