We welcome the experienced sales professional with strong sales skills and knowledge of the new home industry. &nbsp;All sales professionals receive on-the-job training in sales techniques, software programs and support, in order to fulfill the home-buying needs of today&rsquo;s sophisticated homebuyer. You will qualify prospective buyers, understand their wants/needs and sell the value and quality built into our homes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following</strong>:</p><ul><li>Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients</li><li>Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and follow up calls</li><li>Answers inquiries from clients regarding products features and options available</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms of the sales, and/or service agreements, prepare contracts and submit orders</li><li>Collaborate with other departments within the company to confirm orders are process with accuracy and efficiency and that the products</li><li>Must maintain updated community information and &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Promote Bella Vista Homes in a positive manner at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Be the best you can be!!!</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Thorough understanding of contracts.</li><li>Be able to communicate proficiently with buyers, architects, designers, and construction managers</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, including plan modifications</li><li>Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays</li><li>Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Must be able to work weekends.</li><li>Position based in San Antonio</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Minimum of 3+ recent successful years&rsquo; experience in new homes sales</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time</li><li>Ability to travel the greater Houston area is required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all responsibilities or duties required.
