In this key role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls—all while contributing to process improvements and cross-departmental collaboration.</p><ul><li>Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports</li><li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</li><li>Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and on time</li><li>Complete commission spreadsheets for job reconciliation and account team compensation determination</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate financial transaction records</li><li>Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Collaborate with departments to ensure financial data integrity</li><li>Implement and maintain internal accounting controls</li><li>Prepare documentation for audits</li><li>Stay current with accounting standards and regulations</li><li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives</li></ul>",
