You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless technology integration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide general IT support to employees working in corporate office and in clinics</li>\n <li>Assisting in routine IT scheduled tasks</li>\n <li>Documentation of the IT environment and various operational processes</li>\n <li>Maintaining IT Equipment Inventory including scheduling repairs, tracking devices, and ensuring sufficient supply</li>\n <li>Employee onboarding / off-boarding utilizing central management platforms to plan for equipment repair and refresh</li>\n <li>Assisting IT management with ongoing projects and maintenance needs</li>\n <li>Oversee and participate in the setup of new locations</li>\n <li>Be diligent in protecting PHI as it relates to HIPAA Standards in IT Interfacing directly with the end-users for training, support, and guidance in all things IT</li>\n <li>Support RingCentral telephone system.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred degree in MIS, Computer Science, or other related fields</li>\n <li>2+ Years of progressive experience in tech support</li>\n <li>Technical knowledge and experience with Windows OS, Azure, anti-virus, patching, and O365 Suite</li>\n <li>­Experience supporting medical or dental software is preferred</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to travel to clinics and surgery centers as needed, including occasional overnight stays</li>\n <li>ITSM experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off (PTO) policy</li>\n <li>Company paid holidays</li>\n <li>Employer-paid Group Term Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Chord Specialty Dental Partners, our goal is for every employee to cultivate a fulfilling career.
