      "content": "\n<li>Support customers in North America as part of the customer support team</li>\n\n\n<li>Install and demonstrate various laser cutting and marking systems machines.</li>\n<li>Train customer personnel in operation of equipment.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot software, electronic and mechanical equipment issues.</li>\n<li>Assist in creation and maintenance of machine operation procedures, work instructions, detailed drawings, and visual aids.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other company and vendor personnel to assure customer specifications and goals are met.</li>\n<li>Adhere to company procedures/quality standards and ensure compliance to customer specifications.</li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties to assure the effective operations of the department or organization.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School or Technical School education focusing on Electronic, Electrical or Manufacturing.</li>\n<li>3+ years of mechanical &amp; electric/electronic troubleshooting &amp; service experience.</li>\n<li>Experience with lasers, robotics, automation, or mechatronic systems considered advantageous.</li>\n<li>Able to read mechanical, pneumatic and electric drawings.</li>\n<li>Trouble shooting experience via PLC is required.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and have good communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret production work instructions, routers, and specifications.</li>\n\n\n<li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from operators, engineers, and supervisors.</li>\n<li>Advanced computer proficiency with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook), Adobe products, Salesforce CRM, Team Viewer, and graphic file manipulation.</li>\n"
