    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise daily shift operations including production, planning, and shipping activities</li>\n <li>Drive team performance to meet or exceed production and shipping goals</li>\n <li>Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety procedures</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and motivate employees to perform at a high level</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records</li>\n <li>Conduct team meetings to communicate updates, policies, and operational goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor production workflow and make real-time adjustments to staffing, priorities, and processes to meet operational targets</li>\n <li>Track and manage employee attendance, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies</li>\n <li>Enforce proper use of PPE and ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational standards</li>\n <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment across production, inventory, and shipping activities</li>\n <li>Maintain production efficiency and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions to support production activities</li>\n <li>Support operational needs across multiple areas of the facility as required</li>\n <li>Work overtime or varying shifts as needed and travel occasionally (less than 10%)</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent is preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience supporting or leading production teams or processes preferred</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of production operations, inventory control, and shipping workflows required</li>\n <li>Ability to operate and work with computer-controlled equipment and manufacturing systems</li>\n <li>Forklift certification preferred</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Proven reliability, strong attendance, and ability to work effectively in a team setting</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work night shift required</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to learn new processes and be cross-trained across multiple functions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veterans Welcome</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
