We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, who will help our business customers and end-users find solutions to questions and technical problems related to public transport ticketing and real-time solutions.
This position is for you if:
You want to advise and help business customers in matters related to our public transport ticketing system, real-time system, and hardware in the bus.
You consider it important to offer the best service to customers and can put yourself in a customer’s position before replying to the inquiries.
You are interested in IT systems and finding smart solutions to technical problems.
You are well-prepared to sift through application and device logs to identify and resolve problems.
You are interested in thoroughly testing the solutions provided to the customers to understand the logic and provide informed feedback.
You are proficient in Estonian, Swedish and English, both spoken and written (B2) . Additional languages would be of great benefit!
You feel comfortable with managing and coordinating incident and problem resolution by involving necessary parties in the discussion.
You are ready to be on on-call duty and act on incident resolution when it is needed.
You have an advantage if:
You have an understanding of REST API and SQL.
You are well-prepared to sift through application and device logs to identify and resolve problems.
You have experience working with Jira and are ready to create new documentation and update the outdated ones.
